Usui Reiki Treatment
Reiki is a light energy healing practice that originated from Japan in the 1920’s. Reiki may help restore your energy field through channelling the natural flow of universal energy around the body to dissolve blockages by the positioning of the practitioners hands on the body. A trained practitioner will channel reiki energy directly to you which is often a relaxing and calming experience to receive. Helping with sleep, reducing stress and allowing space for spiritual healing.
Private 1:1 treatment
Relax, feel supported and spiritually held. Our 1:1 treatment channels reiki through the whole body. Reiki is given through the position of hands along the body where energy blockages occur. This allows the reiki energy to flow into the client.
Reiki may help you to relax and decompress from any tensions and worries you maybe feeling bringing forth an overall sense of wellbeing.
I begin each session with a chat about what you would like to receive from the treatment. An intention may be set about what you would like to receive. A guided meditation is infused to set the intention for what you may like the reiki to support you with.
Reiki is a non-intrusive energy based form of healing and restorative practice. If you are pregnant, the baby will not be effected by the treatment and may benefit from it also. Reiki may be received along with other forms of healthcare.
You may be sitting or laying down during the treatment, it is your preference for your own comfort. Snuggly blankets and comfy pillows are provided during the treatment. (I have plenty of blankets to snuggle up in. If you prefer, you may bring your own.)
This is a clothes on treatment. It is recommended to wear clothes you feel comfy and relaxed in, loose fitting is best! As you will either be sitting on a bolster or laying down on a therapy bed.
(A maximum of 2 people as space is limited. Any child under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.)
Complimentary refreshments of fruit infused water and herbal teas are provided before and after the treatment.
A block of 4 treatments
A block of four private sessions at 60 or 90 minutes each depending on your preference.
These treatments will be spread out over a month and are the most complimentary if you would like the full benefits of Reiki energy healing.

Reiki is the universal energy surrounding us all and with family reiki, this energy can be shared and deepened with love and compassion.

Our treatments and cleanses are available to enjoy after a busy day at work or to relax at the weekends. Helen is certified and insured in Usui reiki level 1 and level 2 and she has been on a spiritual journey with Taurus-Tells since 2017.
Spiritual treatments available in the evenings after 7pm and weekends from 8.30am-8.30pm.
