Energy Cleanse
When our energy fields are out of alignment our bodies create energetic blockages. An energy cleanse is a specialised session where the blockages are opened and energy may move freely around the body again using techniques of the earth, reiki, meditation, smudging and crystals. This is a spiritual cleanse supporting wellbeing and a new age approach to health.

Come and feel relaxed in a private home studio session, where complimentary tea and fruit infused water is provided to uplift, support and guide you through the energy cleanse.
The cleanse will be a hands on or off experience, depending on how comfortable you feel with light touch. Sometimes to allow the energy to flow to certain body points light touch may be necessary.
The treatment starts with a general check-in with yourself, background and what you would like to receive from this cleanse.
A guided meditation starts off the energy cleanse treatment. Crystals, sounds, smudging and reiki will be infused into the treatment to help unblock stagnant or ill intended energies from your auric field. Bringing your own energy back into harmony and re-aligned power.
Each cleanse is a unique experience and tailored to the individual. Depending on the auric field it may be necessary for a client to receive more or less of specific elemental tools of the treatment.
This is a clothes on treatment. It is recommended to wear clothes you feel comfy and relaxed in, loose fitting is best! As you will either be sitting on a bolster or laying down on a therapy bed.
(A maximum of 2 people as space is limited. Any child under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.)
What is an energy cleanse?
Are you superstitious? Do you believe burning ears means someone is ill wishing you? Do you believe that itchiness on hands and feet will mean money coming in or out and travel is looming!? Sometimes people can ill wish on your energy, even subconsciously and thought is energy!
Sometimes having energy blockages may affect your emotional and mental wellbeing. An energy cleanse can help to shift these energy blockages and uplift your spirit to return your auric field back into alignment and help to find your own source of energetic power again.
Energy will try and find ways to manifest itself. Protecting your energy field can be overwhelming and sometimes difficult without the guidance and support of a ‘healer’. A tiktok video of a reiki healer channelling your way is not enough, as this type of energy is generalised.
I work with the natural cycles of the earth; sun, moon phases and elements such as calming liquids (water), breath (air), herbs (earth) and warming (fire). Sound medicine, smudging, reiki energy healing, crystals and mindful gateways such as meditation.
An energy cleanse may reclaim your own power and align your energy field. An energy cleanse may support you on your present journey. An energy cleanse is a relaxing and a supportive experience. An energy cleanse is a form of chord cutting when you would like to release the past or a specific energy from yours such as an ex, old habit or outdated belief you once held.

Helen provides all the treatments and energy cleanses at our home studio in South Manchester. Our treatments and cleanses are available to enjoy after a busy day at work or to relax at the weekends. Helen is certified and insured in Usui reiki level 1 and level 2 and she has been on a spiritual journey with Taurus-Tells since 2017.
