Shipping and Returns

How long does my order take to ship?

It usually takes forty-eight hours for us to send out the parcels via Royal Mail. Delivery from Royal Mail can take between three to five working days in the UK.

Note: When we are on holiday a notice shall be placed in the shop. If you have ordered from us as soon as we’re back in our studio we’ll start packaging and sending out your order ASAP.

Do you offer international shipping? 

We ship to North America - USA and Canada. We use Royal Mail to send out. It can take from seven to fifteen days. Due to COVID it takes longer so be prepared to wait and it will arrive in due course.

What is your return policy? 

We have a fourteen day return policy. If there is a problem with your item please send us an email at info@taurus-tells.com and we can arrange a refund, return or give advice to help resolve a problem.
