Affirmation Cards second edition

£15.00

38 beautifully illustrated and light-hearted affirmation cards. Drawn with floral wreaths representing the cycle of life and our connection with nature.

Affirmations can be traced back to the mantras of ancient religions, where the repetition of words and sounds could enable people to access spiritual or even magical powers. Modern research has confirmed the benefits of affirmations for mental, emotional and physical well-being. Studies have identified a diverse range of factors needed to make an affirmation effective. We have tried to reflect this diversity in our affirmation cards, while focusing on self-appreciation and our positive impact on others as individuals.

We hope these affirmation cards bring positivity and a little magic into your life.

Our second edition print run of the positive and uplifting affirmation cards. Edited with easier to read font and background changes. There’s a card for everyday of the month plus a few extra!

The affirmation cards were designed by Helena Mie, founder of taurus-tells, an artist, writer, poet and spiritual lifestyle blogger. Helena designed these cards with your emotional, mental and spiritual well-being in mind as well as supporting Mother Earth and our natural environment. She chose to print the cards sustainably, in the UK, and by a specialised eco-friendly printing company.
